This may become a T-shirt....When the judgements and opinions go a
flying....the graphic depicts how you should respond...one of the four
agreements is NOT taking things personal...course that takes time...The
duck is a symbol of letting things slide ....like the water that falls
off it's back...
If I could do a visual of what attitude I wanted....
So Instead of thinking about how I would be I could just visualize it.
This is what I would do...like deciding which head to put on my shoulders
for the day....hmmmmmm
